Constantine "Tino" Korologos is the founder and principal of Leonidas Partners, LLC, a Tampa Bay area, Florida-based commercial real estate advisory firm serving institutional investors, family offices, lenders, and litigation counsel. He was based in New York for most of his career, although he has worked across the United States, Canada, the UK and parts of Western Europe. With four decades of experience across CRE finance, valuation, and capital markets, he brings rare breadth to every engagement.

A FINRA-registered representative and designated valuation expert, Constantine has served as expert witness in high-stakes litigation involving commercial real estate finance, bank regulatory issues, loan defaults, valuation disputes, CMBS, REITs, debt funds, and mezzanine debt structures. He has been involved in or advised on over $100 billion in capital transactions spanning most property sectors and has held appointments as a university clinical professor in commercial real estate finance, capital markets, corporate finance and risk and portfolio analysis.
